Sharp and well balanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a Chinese chef and just got this knife to have a change from a heavier cleaver so I had another lightweight knife to slice, dice, and julienne veggies. Works great so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife is very nice looking. It is very sharp. The weight is perfect. I just wish the handle needs for girth my hand and i would prefer it to less slippery. This is mi first nice chef knife I am excited to use it!
