The perfect everyday knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife is very nice looking. It is very sharp. The weight is perfect. I just wish the handle needs for girth my hand and i would prefer it to less slippery. This is mi first nice chef knife I am excited to use it!

Sharp and well balanced

First Miyabi Chef Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, what I loved about the blade first was the craftsmanship. The detail to the little red outline around the handle. The two tone on the blade. The way the knife feels in your hand is great as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with this knife! It feels slightly lighter than my old Henckels chef knife but it's definitely sharper. It cuts through meat, fruits and veggies with ease! The handle is more streamlined and sits very comfortably in my hand.
