Great Chef’s Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it for a bit, but it’s sharp as heck. I bought it for the tall blade—I have long fingers and this knife lets me hold it properly with comfort (shorter knives cause tension and make me feel like I’m always on the verge of removing the tip of my pointer finger).
Extra blade surface area makes it stickier through roots and gourds, though. Would’ve appreciated some dimples.
