[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im new to professional and quality-sharp chef knives, so after using basic/dull knives for so long this is a game changer. My fiancé got this for me as a gift and what a thoughtful and wonderful gift it truly has been. It makes meal prep easy and enjoyable rather than a chore.
I would recommend this to a friend!
