My first Miyabi - not my last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoying this knife. Used it to prepare a nice stew today. Tang looks impeccable. Hoping this particular carbon steel variety will be easier to maintain than stainless, and likely will hold its blade better to boot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this knife!!! The blade is razor sharp ( not joking, it’s shaved the hair off of my arm) my first victim was a thick skinned lime, it didn’t stand a chance! The balance and weight of the knife is fantastic. Highly recommend
