Great knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this knife as a gift for Christmas from my boyfriend and I absolutely love it! The handle is perfect, the blade is super sharp and it literally feels like I’m slicing through butter when really I’m chopping potatoes! First Miyabi knife after using Global knives for a while, but I’m definitely getting myself some more! Love love love!
