Sharpest knife in the block

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super sharp right out of the box, needed to be really careful washing it...A well balanced knife, works as it should. The red inlays along the tang are appealing to the eye. All in all a great blade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t wait for my 8 inch chefs knife to be delivered. When I receive the product, I was overjoyed because the packaging was beautiful and inside it’s at the most amazing knife I’ve ever owned. When I took out the knife and held it in my hand it felt like I said if it was an extension of it. It shops and cuts and dices like nothing I’ve ever owned before and it’s the most prized possession I own in my kitchen. Please do yourself a favor, and pick up one for yourself. You will never be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sharp out of the box. I love the feel of the knife in my hand, it is perfectly balanced if gripped correctly. It would be nice if the bolster of the knife was smoothed down to be more comfortable. The blade has a smooth curve that allows you to rock the blade as you chop. Great knife all around.
