[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the miyabi evolution 8 inch chef knife. It is the perfect size and weight with great feel in the hand. Blade is probably the sharpest I’ve ever used and a great value/purchase overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this knife for awhile and it’s perfect! It’s very sharp and it’s easy to maintain. I also think it has the perfect balance for me! The only thing is that the steel is so clean that it leaves fingerprints easily, so wash often to remove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a set of Henckels knives for a decade and I have loved them. I just received my Miyabi Evolution knife and I could not be happier with it. It looks stylish, it has a great weight to it, it is very well balanced, and it is obvious that you are using a very well crafted knife. It is a night and day step up from the knife that I am coming from.
