great blade

I really like this knife. The stainless steel blade is very sharp and easy to maintain. The slim profile and acute angle allows me to easily get precise straight cuts with little waste. The handle is very comfortable to hold even when working for long periods of time.

This knife is made from one piece of high quality stainless steel so its flexible yet durable.
It has hollow edge indentations that help move food away from the blade when cutting. Handle is comfortable even during those big prep jobs. And its dishwasher safe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been looking for an affordable, well balanced knife for meat and found this at a Kroger. This thing slices meat like no other and came razor sharp. Even after dozens of uses i see no dulling of the blade and it slices paper like air.

Pretty good knife so far

Nice Santoku

A good Santoku knife, great for chopping fruits, veggies, and meats. A great starter knife for newbies, such as young aspiring chefs, the santoku knife is a nice alternative large blade to use if you don’t want to keep using a Chef or if you like to chop your food rather than slice. The indentions on the blade also help with releasing food of the knife, a great aesthetic to the knife. Nice handles on the knife, contours nicely to the high carbon German stainless steel blade. The German stainless steel won’t be prone to rusting or tarnishing, a great steel to use if you’re cutting up acidic or starchy foods.
