Excellent knife

Value santoku knife

Lightweight, stamped blade. The santoku is great for chopping, slicing, dicing or chopping. The fine edge allows for thin slices. The hollow edge helps to eliminate slices from sticking to the blade. The 5" vs. the 7" blades are a personal preference.

Full tang blade and chops and cuts vegetables easily for stir fry. Vegetables don't stick & size is good for doing that. Good quality and comfortable traditional rivited handle is comfortable to use.
