These steak knives are the perfect gift for that special someone that seems to have everything or just a great addition to any knife collection.
Each of these knives is unique, hand crafted and beautiful with 100 layers of damascus surrounding a hard SG2 core. Fine edged to cut through meat like butter these are easy to sharpen for a life time of use.

If you own any Miyabi Birchwood knives, you will want to add these to your collection! These steak knives cut like a dream, and are a requirement for all meats! The Damascus pattern only adds to the beauty and durability. Handel feels great and easy to grip.

I adore this SG2 birchwood steak knife set. It is so beautiful and all my guests love it! They are very durable and cut like butter. Not to mention, the handle's construction helps for a non-slip grip.

I have several of the birchwood kitchen knives. They are the nicest knives I have ever or will ever own. I bout one set of these steak knives for special evenings, but now I want another set so we can have more friends over. That way I can show them off even more, hint, hint!

These steak knives are truly beautiful and I love putting them onto the table. The slice through meat very easily. The blades are so unique and you can see the high level of craftsmanship that was put into making these knives. I love that I can see the slight differences in the blades and handles so that make them beautiful.

Exquisite look and best SG2 carbide steel...in addition to hand-honed blades mean you can't find better. Core wrapped 100 times for both stability and unique Damascus pattern. Have to be seen...and used...if you're a serious cutlery person.

I would consider these steak knives a work of art. I gifted them to myself for Christmas this past year and are completely addicted to them. The knives are made from SG2 micro-carbide powder steel and have been ice-hardened which means a scalpel-like sharpness, stays sharper longer and can withstand more sharpening over their lifespan. The SG2 core is protected by a beautiful 100-layer Flower Damascus pattern. The handle is made from Birchwood and each piece has its own unique pattern.
