Whether you have regular Birchwood knives for these to match with or not, this set will be a stunning addition to your kitchen/dinner table. With proper care, the birchwood handles stay beautiful and perfectly balance out the whole knife. The durable Damascus blades stay extra sharp, making it incredibly easy to cut through anything.

A great set of steak knives

I love these steak knives. The blade is beautiful, with 100 layers of steel, it is an amazing piece of art, and it cuts steaks so smoothly, like butter. The birchwood handle feels so nice in hand, and looks perfect with the blade. Miyabi makes wonder and durable Japanese knives, definitely one of the best chef knives on the market.

The blade detail is unique to each knife. The masur wood handle feels so unique in your handle. The edge is scapel like. These steak knives are amazing.

This set of Birchwood steak knives has a 101 layer damascus patterned blade that is both beautiful and durable. Scalpel sharp straight edge makes extremely clean cuts in all your cooked meats. Bamboo box for storing these prized possessions.

I love these and do realize that they are an investment. But the good news is, these will last as for years to come. They are special to put out on your dining room table as well as more casual meals outside. You will be hard-pressed to find a more elegant and sharp steak knife. I love them. You really should hand wash these and dry them for the beauty to last and last.

This steak knives are incredibly sharp, the size and shape of these are unique so you can use them as a utility knife. They come in a nice bamboo storage box. Great upgrade to your steak knives or a for a gift.
