Sharp, nice weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is the sharpest knife I’ve ever owned. It feels nice in my hand, it has a nice weight and balance to it. It doesn’t take much pressure at all to cut through foods, the knife just glides through them.

Where has the knife been my whole life??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like everyone, I’ve been cooking a lot more at home since the start of the pandemic. Figured it was time to invest in decent knife and wow! Amazing how much easier it is to prep with a REAL chef’s knife. The handle feels so much better than my previous knives and the blade is just amazing. Highly recommend!
