This knife is SHARP, nothing you can’t cut through or do with it. Takes some practice to get used to a high quality knife like this but once you do you’re movin! I do like the balance of the end of the knife as well, it feels nice in your hand!

This is the Best Zwilling Knife I bought. The chef knife is what I use most for meat cut, specially. The sharpness and weight of the blade is very well designed.
