Affordable, sturdy, and much needed

It remains sharp, it’s easy to maintain and makes doing prep in the kitchen much more exciting and easy. I would recommend this to anyone regardless of how much cooking is done. It is a game changer. Hopefully soon I can purchase a complete set!
