[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the international version that made in China, but this signature one that is made in Germany is day and night different, cutting raw meat is like cutting tofu. absolute love it

I use it just about every day and usually multiple times a day. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who wants to make life a little easier in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderfully sharp out of the box. The slightly wider handle is nice, as is the minimal construction - no bolster and a narrow butt. Best bit so far is the balance which is slightly more forward than others I have, letting the weight of the metal do more of the wwork. Tbd how well the edge will hold over time and if the lack of a bolster will mean a blister for the third finger (in a pinch grip) after a full day in the kitchen.
