I have a whole set of these knives and love them. I had to replace one because we’ll it got lost. Not sure how…. Super sharp (watch your fingers), easy to sharpen if needed, and very durable. I’m an Italian who loves to cook so I’ve tend to wear down knives but these have held up to the task.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is everything I hoped it would be. It is extremely sharp and well-balanced. It stays sharp through multiple uses and washing. (Although it is dishwasher safe, I only hand wash.) It fits my hand quite comfortably. It cleans very well. All of my Zwilling knives have lasted for years. It is definitely a great investment.

The best knives set I’ve ever owned

I had a Mother’s Day barbecue where everyone complimented them that someone even stole my biggest knife. I love them so much that I bought the replacement immediately.

I like to pick up a knife and not worry about it being dull or being too short which would take my time and mess me up with what I'm trying to prepare in the kitchen. Once I finally purchased this perfect 8 inch Chef Knive,
not only didi it save me so mich time but I statyed cooking more often just so I could use it :) I highly recommend, every kitchen should have a chef knife you can count on!
