Good sharp boning knife

Great boning knife

A great forged boning knife at a reasonable price point. It cuts so cleanly and with it’s thin profile you can really get a nice slice, whether it’s removing meat from a bone, or skin from fruit or fish, it’s a knife that can be really handy to have in the kitchen when you need it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great boning knife, can really get into tight spaces between bone and meat. Made from German steel and ice hardened gives it nice flexibility yet completely durable.

Well made German Steel knife with all the qualities of not being made in Germany. Perfect flexible blade for boning fish and other meats and poultry with a skin on them.
