Excellent blade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This boning knife is far superior to any boning Knives I've owned in the past. The blade is razor sharp and cuts through both fish & beef as if it were wet butter.
Extremely awesome!

Best knife for cutting delicate foods

excellent boning knife

This is a great boning knife at a great price. The forged German steel and Spanish construction provide a strong sharp blade that stays sharp for a long time. The thin profile of the blade allows me to get in close to the bone without much waste. The three rivet handel and full bolster allow me to have a comfortable strong grip while working with this knife.
