[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nicely weighted and super sharp. The warranty service is excellent. They replaced an older knife I had for years (the handle broke) in a timely manner. Great customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This boning knife is far superior to any boning Knives I've owned in the past. The blade is razor sharp and cuts through both fish & beef as if it were wet butter.
Extremely awesome!

Best knife for cutting delicate foods
