Great way to separate meat from bone! This knife is from the International line, made in Spain, although still a German knife with sharpness and durability! Does a great job for chicken, beef ribs, lamb, duck or hen. Good knife at a great price!

Good forged boning knife. Thin narrow blade with some flexibility, allow you to work around bones or segment an orange. Good quality for a great price.

I really like this Classic boning knife and it is sure to be up to the task! The handle makes the knife very balanced and the grip comfortable. The German steel blade is durable and will stay sharp and ready to debone!

Great way to up your knife skills!

I wanted to start to break down my own chickens instead of buying the pieces already seportated, so I was looking for a boning knife that won't break the bank, but also was the highest quality for my money. This is definitely the knife that fit the bill and is so sharp that I am getting better and better at butchering!
