This is a great fork to have in your block set. It fits really well! This is a definite go to for me when I'm braising and searing meats. I will use this instead of tongs. Good balance and feel.

A great stainless steel carving fork that’s sturdy and goes great with the Classic carving knife. Perfect for use with carving turkey, ham.

Had to replace a damaged carving fork. My friend dropped her carving for from her set, on the patio and she was so disappointed that I was going to replace her set for her. I was so happy to see that i could get just the fork and it would match her carving knife... no fuss no muss!
