You don't realize how much you need a carving fork until you've tried to carve a roast holding it with a dinner fork! This makes life so much easier; securely holding the meat in place while you cut a perfect slice.

Easy to handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a replacement for a standard carving fork with a longer handle and curved tines. This fork has flat tines making it easier to carve meats and the weight and size of the handle makes it easier to grip. I have small hands so the length was also a bonus for me. Definitely worth the investment.

This is a good fork to use with a carving knife for turkey and roasts. I use it when marinating to turn meat.

So excited I was able to order a carving fork alone. We lost ours in a move and I didn't want to buy another set. This one is made of high quality stainless steel so it won't rust or tarnish. Big bonus, its dishwasher safe.

Trying to carve a Turkey using a carving knife and dinner fork is extremely challenging.
Finally splurged on a carving fork and happy I did. Works and looks great with my Classic Carver. Very well made and durable.

A very useful kitchen tool, either indoor or outdoor. Great stuff to have every kitchen should have, every cook will appreciate this German steel carving fork for its quality and durability. This is hard to find in every store, they get sold out as soon as we get those.
