Sturdy and beautiful

If you are looking for a great quality pie pan, this Staub ceramic has it all. Nice even heating up to over 500 degrees, freezer and dishwasher safe, also microwavable.
Purchased several for this year's Thanksgiving pie assortment. The pies look fabulous in the white ceramic, brown beautifully, and are definite show stoppers.
Nice to be able to store leftovers in fridge and freezer, although we rarely have any!
