This pie pan makes the rounds at our house; quiche, a hearty recipe like Shepherd’s pie topped with golden mashed potatoes, or filled with something decadent for that sweet tooth. Ceramic distributes heat evenly and cleans up easily.

This is a really solid pie dish, and is easy to clean after use. Heat is evenly distributed across the surface, and the blue color is bold and elegant.

A great pie dish, perfect for your holiday pies to quiche, this ceramic pie dish does a great job cooking evenly and thoroughly. Very attractive. Love the handles. Makes great pies, deep enough for my mile high apple pie. And also good for quiche and other desserts. Bakes beautifully. I've even used this piece to bake a treat for someone and tell them to keep the dish.

What a great pie dish. Egg pie, apple pie, custard cake name it. Ceramic dish cooks food evenly and cleaning is a breeze. It is decorative and great for sumptuous suppers.
