I never baked a pie in a ceramic dish before this one. Always used tin. Ceramic really does a better job. The crust was crisp and evenly browned and the filling cooked to perfection.

Like to use this to make pies (fruit, chicken, meat etc) and especially like the way all come out perfectly cooked with no hot spots. Oven temps 500+, cleans easily and dishwasher safe.

Perfect for weekend quiche and fresh berry pies! Ceramic is a beautiful way of baking and gives it a way to serve without switching pans! Goes easily from stove to table and then to frig or freezer, without ever having to wash until it's gone! At this price, buy two and send a pie or quiche to a neighbor!

So many uses not just for pie

This gorgeous ceramic pie dish will be your go to for so many things...from cinnamon rolls, brownies and pies and cobblers to shepherds pie, quiche scalloped potatoes and baked dips. Oven safe to 570 degrees means this can handle the broiler. Microwave and dishwasher safe as well. The beautiful generous handles are not only practical but also add a beautiful presentation touch as a serving piece.

My favorite pie dish for ever! I particularly love the handes, so unique. The dish is deep enough to make a great pot pie too, some ceramic pie dishes are too shallow or the sides slope too much, this one is perfect

I love to bake with Staub ceramics. They are microwave, freezer, broiler, and oven safe up to 572F. Our family loves quiche and this pie dish is perfect for them. I make them ahead of time and freeze them and pop them into the oven when needed. There is no thermal shock so no cracking. Staub ceramics are dishwasher safe too!

Best way to display pie

This pie plate is so nice for displaying my pies! I love how it's white because it really makes the pie itself pop and the fluted edges make it really fancy. Pies also come out of the dish really easily and the handles make it easy to take in and out of the oven.
