The santoku is such an awesome Asian style knife. It can slice, dice and mince any vegetable or fruit with ease. The dimples help keep foods from slicking to the blade.
Synergy is forged from German steel which tells you it will be sharp and hold its edge. The handle is molded and riveted to provide both comfort and durability.

The santoku is one of my most used knives in the kitchen. I love the wider blade and the hollow edge to keep food from sticking to the blade. The handle is super comfortable and nicely weighted. I keep this one on my magnetic bar so it is always within reach!

This knife is versatile and sharp. I like the contour and style of the handle. this is a great knife for chopping lots of vegetables with ease. It's fast and sharp!

This is a good value santoku knife that is forged and has a nice feel to it. It is sharp and has the hollow edge to resist food sticking. Great starter knife!
