Well balanced, very sharp

This is a nice value priced forged bolster santoku knife. Santoku blades are perfect for chopping jobs. The hollow pockets on the edge to help keep the food from sticking to the blade as you slice. This is made from high quality steel that resists corrosion.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best knife to get the job done

This knife is made from high quality German steel so durable and not rusting or tarnishing.
The bolster (the middle of the knife) is forged so no stress points for future breakage. The blade is so sharp, will get through anything even the toughest of vegetables. The knife also has hollow edges on it to help move away food from the blade as you cut, so no stopping mid point to move pieces off the knife.
