Good Santoku. The blade is super sharp and nice and thin. The acute angle gives nice thin slices. Its forged from German stainless steel so it is good quality. The Handle is comfortable to hold. Great knife for the price.

Fantastic product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knife specifically for tougher types of cutting to make dehydrated food products and this knife does not disappoint. It cuts through even the toughest beef like it’s melted butter!! Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although stamped German Steel this knife is also stamped made in China. Very sharp,very nice handle & to hold and use, Heavier knife but that to me is a good quality. Would give it 5 stars if made in USA. Not sure how it will hold up
