Lightweight Santoku 7" Knife which chops and cuts perfectly. Definitley glad I made this purchase, especially for the price and the quality.

I needed to replace a chef knife that had dulled from my poor attempts at sharpening, right before Thanksgiving. I wanted something more premium, without the price tag and this knife ticked all the boxes. Once it was in hand, the balance and ease of use has made this my go-to knife for all my cooking!

Santokus are the perfect blend between japanese and Western knives. Great for chopping veggies and much more - and nothing sticks due to the hollow edge. So no more using fingers to clean off the knife! Made of German steel and lasts long and stays sharp.
