A serious knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is sharp and solidly built. Makes it much easier to chop vegetables. I got rid of all my older poor quality knives and will only use this brand.

I bought this after seeing lots of good reviews online labeling it as a quality knife for the price. Sharp, straight blade. Sturdy construction. Comfortable hand grip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th or 5th Henckels 8" chef's knife. They get used so frequently, they often end up in the sink. I tried to buy another through-tang knife which is my best and go-to knife, but it is no longer available. So I went with this one, and am not disappointed. They are the best knife for daily use at an affordable price and hold an edge even with heavy use!
