Always wanted one, now I have one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Henkels knives are the finest knives I have ever laid my eyes on it had the pleasure of using. This chefs knife is something that I have wanted for the last 10 years and my wife finally splurged and bought one. Impeccable craftsmanship, incredible edge, the balance and build beyond comparison! The knife does the work for you almost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been awhile since I had a Henckels knife - but now I remember the feel of quality ... the solidness of the handle and the weight of the steel are wonderful - I also forgot how easy cutting/chopping is with a good knife. Get one for yourself soon - think of how much time you spend in the kitchen - and pro tip - tell your husband he’s not allowed to use them outside cutting bushes ! I mean they can do it but they don’t come back to the house ha

Great knife for starters or professionals

This was a Christmas present from my inlaws. Super sharp blade, didn't even have it 5 minutes before my first cut finger. Excellent on almost any cut or chop. Would highly recommend this knife to everyone.

Excellent knife for aspiring chefs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well balanced as for weight, taking strain off of your wrist. The knife cuts well but due to the angle of the blade needed a little sharpening for the way I like to use my knives. I love the full tang, leaving for a very sturdy knife that I don’t expect to come apart over a long period of time. I would love to review this product after I’ve used it rigorously to see how it hold up. I took some video footage but I am not sure if I will be able to upload. If I can not, follow me on Instagram where I will be uploading these videos of me testing out the knife in various scenarios @dot.o

Stands the test of time

I have a 8" Henkels international classic chef's knife for approx 30 years, made in Brazil. Still using it today, sharpens like a razor. I would not trade this knife, ever.

AMAZING Knife.

I decided to choose this knife as I saw it got great reviews and fit my budget. After waiting a couple weeks, I finally received the knife and it exceeded my expectations in every way. It feels sturdy, solid, and perfectly balanced in your hand and is very sharp out of the box. I really don't think I could ask for a better knife. I look forward to using it for years to come and can't wait to add more heckles products to my collection.
