A Great Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Henckels Classic Chef's knife is an outstanding example of what a knife should be. It is extremely sharp and very well balanced. It slices through a variety of vegetables and meats with little effort. I wish I had bought this knife sooner!

Nice feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as a gift, nice feel in the hand. 3 rivets full tang - razor sharp, nice balance. My father was a butcher for some time always said "a knife made of good steel will have a 'ring' to it when tapped against something solid"- this knife has a good ring to it!

I have struggled with cheap knives for so long, this certainly is the best knife I have used. I also have an 8” carving knife I am anxious to use. Looking forward to using these for many years to come.
