Super sharp knife is new favorite kitchen tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the heft of the handle and that it is integrated with the blade into the forged single -piece knife. I didn’t realize how precise (& safer) cutting hard vegetables and meat could be until I used this new Henckels chef knife.

Amazing knife!

I found manh compliments about Henckels and decide to give it a try. I received the first one today and it's really worth the price. I will get the knives set later!

After hours & hours of research...

It’s my first “real” or nice “everyday-everything” knife, & so far, I think it’s been a solid purchase—especially compared to what I was using to chop all the veg & such before I invested in this knife...that was getting a little dangerous.
I initially thought it would be an odd fit for my small hands, but I got used to it so quickly. I think it was after just the second or third cook w it, I said, “This is already so mine & feels like the extension of my hand that I’d wanted!”
It’s just a really well-balanced knife, the factory edge is staying nice & sharp w regular honing; and I don’t need to apply as much pressure to whatever I’m cutting, chopping, etc. It’s an easygoing experience & I’m very happy w it so far. It really is exactly what I wanted.
I would recommend this to a friend!
