Solid feeling chef knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first real chef knife and I love the feel of it. It’s very solid and has good weight to it. Comes sharp and ready to use out of the package. So far so good, very pleased.

Great steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ability for this knife to hold an edge is superb. The only thing that I found to be lacking was the finishing. The machining/grinding could have been a little finer as there is some mild unevenness where the handle and steel meet.
