Love this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used several brands of knives, and my ex husband spent a large amount on a Chicago Cutlery professional set multiple years back. While I enjoyed them, after good care they became incredibly dull very quick. This knife I can already tell is of a MUCH higher calibre than any of those or any other knife I've had. I'd highly recommend taking the chance on it if you enjoy cooking and want good results out of your regular use chef knife.

I originally purchased it for a Christmas gift for my daughter but ended up buying her a set and decided to keep this for myself instead of returning it and I'm glad that I did. My knives are old and dull and this one is doing all my cutting now.
