A Fabulous Knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is a good product. The current model, forged in Spain, is not quite as heavy as the older ones that were made in Germany. As long as you keep the product sharpened And don’t drop or abuse it, it should provide years of service. I also have the older one that was made in Germany and I do like it a little bit better but this one is solid

This is a fantastic knife that holds an edge and slices extraordinary well. I love the weight and how balanced it feels, which is important because I use it as a prep knife for work. My one gripe with this knife is that the transition from the flat of the blade to the top has a very sharp angle, which means that the area of my hand I guide the knife with can become irritated after continuous use. I’ve adjusted my technique so it’s not as much of an issue but it still occasionally smarts when it grazes my finger the wrong way.

Great knife and customer service
