Purchased this carving set for my aunt and uncle that are constantly hosting family gatherings. It was an easy choice, since they have a Pro S block set, and these pieces fit right in the block. The carving knife makes an easy task of slicing meat and the fork is used frequently for serving.

This is one of the best carving sets that the Zwilling family produces. The Pro S are one of the top of the line German-made knives and that stays consistent with this 2pc set. The handles on both the carver and fork are comfortable and the pieces work beautifully together and apart!

Great set for that holiday time of year. This carver knife will slice your turkey or ham beautifully. The special formula stainless steel of the Professional "S" will have lasting durability and sharpness, so you never worry about having to saw through your beautiful Thanksgiving turkey with difficulty, but rather with sharpness and ease.

Everyone else has already attested to the superb quality of the blades. I will mention one other very good thing. We bought this set to fill in our block. The fork from this set fits right into one of the slots in the block. This was a pleasant surprise for us.
