This wonderful set is the only carving set you'll need! I love the long bolster that protects my fingers while carving.

This set will help you get through even the biggest of prime ribs or any other meat for that matter. Both pieces are made from German Special Formula Steel and the knife is forged from one piece of steel so durable for a lifetime. The blade is ice hardened so it will stay sharper for a longer period of time. Handles are so comfortable even when you have to use extra pressure to carve.

Highest quality carving set you can find

Once you've worked all day to get the perfect Turkey and all the fixings just the way you want them, you bring them to the table and then sadly realize you will need to use an old kitchen knife and a big serving fork... busted, that really takes the wow out of the prep! I learned my lesson, after my last thanksgiving boo boo, I raced out get a carving set. I realized that it should be a good quality set because it will have to last and look good thru decades of holiday meals. Amongst all of the mediocre sets out there I was so happy to find a good quality set for much less than I thought I would have to pay. Zwilling is synonymous with quality so I feel very lucky and proud to have this set in my serving drawer!

Great for showing off your carving skills

I love using this set because it looks so professional at my Thanksgiving table. The knife is so sharp and cuts right through my turkey and the carving fork is able to catch anything because it is sharp too.

Professional S has long been revered as Zwilling's marquis cutlery. Forged, no-stain hundreds years old German stainless is paired with a heavyweight balanced, forged fork. Great set!

This is the perfect set for any holiday or any day roast. The tines on the for are super sharp and pierce without tearing. The German forged blade is very sharp and the thin blade is very strong and sharp. It makes nice thin slices without tearing and letting out all of the juice. The must have for entertaining.

Purchased for my husband this year. He is the one that carves the Turkey for Thanksgiving, and is always complaining about not having the correct carving set. The slicer glides through the bird. Nice thin slicing easily obtained. Also great for roasts and hams. Great quality, stays nice an sharp with minimal honing.
