Purchased this carving set for my aunt and uncle that are constantly hosting family gatherings. It was an easy choice, since they have a Pro S block set, and these pieces fit right in the block. The carving knife makes an easy task of slicing meat and the fork is used frequently for serving.

good size

the 8" blade and fork is a great size for smaller cuts of meat. Both pieces will fit well in your butcher block!! I use the fork more often for retrieving and transferring meats and thick cut veggies from my pot to cutting board or serving plate.
Excellent pair at a great price.

This is such a great set. Has so many other uses besides a carving set. Use the fork to pierce potatoes and squash or to help pick meat and veggies out of a hot pot. The knife can be used as a chef as well as a carver.

Great 2 piece carving set. Fork holds roast or turkey easily in place and the carving knife does the rest of the work with the result of nice thin slices.

This combo of 2-pc. carving set is a must-have for every kitchen! The Pro "S" group is a quality knife/tool group that is quality driven and lasts a lifetime. No need to replace - ever!

The right tools for the job

I love pulling out this set when it's time to carve a roast. The carving knife is sharp and sturdy and easily slices through all kinds of meat. The Pro S series if forged from specially formulated steel. These pieces won't tarnish or corrode and will look lovely and perform beautifully time and time again.

German Quality

The Pro S knives are the traditional knife design that's been around for 100s of years. It's forged from high carbon German steel and made in Germany. This makes in incredibly durable, very sharp and will stay sharp.
A carving knife, with its slim blade makes slicing through a ham, turkey or roast a piece of cake. The very sharp blade gives you a very clean slice every time, no tearing. You may not use it every day, but once you slice your Thanksgiving turkey or Christmas roast with it, you will be sold.
