But since sometime the taste has been changed and the size is kind of big for 2 people.
So I got this rice cocotte from my friend’s recommendation, and it is so good.

Nice portion for 2 people and the taste is amazing. Also it is not too heavy so I can handle with my weak wrist. Lol

These are #4 and 5 in my Staub French Oven collection so far. This size with an induction hotplate is so versatile that I'm relying less on using a microwave for reheating leftover soups, etc. It's so great to have a single batch option for all of the lovely things I make in my larger Staub ovens. Love 'em and will bake a couple artisan sandwich rolls in them when I do my next bread bake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it for rice or soup. The taste was good but some imperfections on the inside of pot and surface by processing from the factory makes me uncomfortable. The color was changed. It looks like going to rust
