I use this pot for cooking all of my grains and cereals. The shape makes it very easy to stir. The design on the underside of the lid distributes moisture evenly for perfect cooking every time. It really does a great job on rice. The enamel layers mean no seasoning and if I do burn something in the pot being able to soak in it is a big plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats evenly and retains that heat like no other! So versatile for my needs. Used it for rice, small batches of soup and have fried hush puppies in it. Performed like a champ every time. And cleanup is a cinch. The black matte color is my favorite. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a smaller pot to use for a multitude of recipes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have been in the kitchen longer than all your grandmas combined. The stuff they Staub make is heavy but its the real deal as far as quality and longevity. I use this to cook rice and other small dishes and nothing else compares.
