I upgraded from a 8" chef's knife of another brand (which I thought was so great for a time..LOL!!) The J.A. Henckels brand feels natural in my hand; it cuts like thru like butter. I can now let the cutlery do the work with next to no effort! It's beautiful also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This carving knife came as part of a set. The long slender blade makes an easy task of slicing large portions of roasted or grilled meats. Matching fork available. Good value.
