This is a good carving knife with its thin, sharp blade made from high quality stainless steel. It will slice through a turkey, roast or ham with ease. The three rivet, curved handle is very comfortable and durable.

Has all the features I look for in a good quality knife. German steel, one piece construction, and a full tang. Also prefer the lighter weight the stamping process adds, especially when using the back and forth slicing motion. Nice and sharp blade, allows one to slice both meats and poultry easily with professional like results. Love the affordability as well as the great job it does.

A sharp slicing knife is such a great tool when cutting roasts and meats. It's length and thin sharp blade allows you to get nice thin slices of meat. This knife is light weight but has a nice stainless end cap to keep the blade feeling balanced in your hand. It is stamped from a sheet of steel with a full tang running through the handle which makes it feel sturdy.

I needed a slicer for a recent holiday. Its not something I use that often so I didnt want to spend too much. I went with Henckels because that name has always meant quality to me. That holds up. The blade is sharp and strong and easy to maintain. I get nice thin slices when using it. The handle is comfortable to hold.

A great slicer for the price, made from high quality stainless steel. Will slice beautifully through hams, chicken or roasts to give you even slices. Lightweight, with a curved handle, so easy to maneuver.

This lighter weight slicing knife is a a great value. The Statement handle is really ergonomic and comfortable allowing for a controlled grip. And the blade itself will effortlessly slice through food, making the process clean and easy.
