A necessity for carving or slicing roasts, poultry and meats of all shapes and sizes. Once you have used a good slicing knife, you will wonder what took you so long to get on board. This knife is sharp and will stay sharp between honing and will retain its sharpness longer with care.

This slicing knife is excellent for delicate fish and hearty roasts.. the 8" size is user friendly. I like the contour of the handle and the classic three rivet look. Extremely comfortable to hold. Durable and sharp!!
