These lightweight steak knives are a great addition or replacement for your collection. The partially serrated blades will easily cut through meat without destroying it.

These were a a good upgrade from out previous steak knives. They are sharp with a nice edge. They do not have a huge serration and rip our meat like our old cheap set. Zwilling makes great knives, so I should not be surprised. So glad we made the switch.

Great set of steak knives

This is a great set of steak knives. Since the blades have been ice hardened, they stay sharp longer and cut through that steak effortlessly. Also great that they are not serrated, so they’ll cut through without tearing meat.

These steak knives are made in German with German Special Formula Steel. They are incredibly sharp and can cut through any meat - even the biggest steaks. They look elegant enough to use at a fancy dinner party.

These are a great way to fill the four or eight steak knife slots in the Gourmet block set. German made blade with sharp angle that cuts rather than tears. A durable traditional three riveted handle for control when cutting through whatever comes off the grill.

The cutting edge on this steak knife is superior. This is a sharp, no tear, blade for all cuts of meats, cheese and veggies. I like the traditional three rivet look and the detail of the zwilling logo. I use warm soapy water to clean them.
