We got these steak knives as a present and wanted them to replace our old J. A. Henckels. We couldn't be more happy. We love all of the Zwilling knifes and love to continue to grow our sets.

the knives were lighter/smaller than i anticipated. nonetheless they are sharp and cut meat well.
