We got these steak knives as a present and wanted them to replace our old J. A. Henckels. We couldn't be more happy. We love all of the Zwilling knifes and love to continue to grow our sets.

Excellent knives, elevates the steak experience. Non-serrated are the way to go. Sharp, have a nice weight, and feel good in the hand. We'll be getting another set.
