[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old steak knives were not doing the job so ordered these as they match the set of knives we are now using and the fit nicely in the knife block.

Good lightweight steak knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife handles are thinner and lighter than another set we are replacing which my wife appreciates. So not beefy "steakhouse" knives. Sharp out of the box of course. The thinner profile blades look like they will be easy to keep sharp. We have other Henkels brand kitchen knives that we are happy with so far.

the knives were lighter/smaller than i anticipated. nonetheless they are sharp and cut meat well.
