Great knife

I love this knife that is thin, so it's easily maneuverable, but long to make it through large pieces of meat or vegetables. The handle is very comfortable and I love the classic design of the "Professional "S"" line of knives.

This is the quintessential carving knife. The classic three rivet design and full bolster have a familiar feel. The German crafted forged steel blade is very strong and sharp. The thin blade profile gives straight thin slices every time. A must have for the holiday table.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife is a chopper! She has used this knife for over 30 years. Recently the handle broke so for christmas she got a new one. Looking forward to 30 = years of service from it. Wonderful quality!
