What a great carving knife. Effortless cutting large hams and turkeys. I have not sharpened this knife in over two years but it only gets used about a dozen times a year. Really like the classic looking/feeling handle on this Pro S knife and it cleans up easily. Definate keeper.

One Nice Carving Knife

This blade glides through turkey, ham and or beef effortlessly. Made from German Special Formula Steel and forged from one piece of steel its durable and ever so sharp. It will stay sharper longer that other knives because its been ice hardened as well.

An 8" carving knife will cut and slice through a large roast, turkey or just about anything and the fork is a must have to assist this carving knife. Bolster supports cooks grips, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. A quality and high performance carving knife to durability is worth every dollar.

Enjoy the comfort and sharpness of this PRO S carving knife. The ergonomic handle and full bolster are designed with a comfortable and controlled grip in mind. This is a sharp , well balanced, durable blade with the extra western heft of a 15 degree blade angle. You will love this for carving and slicing meats as well as over sized fruits and vegetables. Perfect watermelon and Honey dew slices.

This slim knife is ideal for preparing and slicing meat. The fine cutting edge carves roasts, turkey, and ham in a single stroke. Traditional three riveted handle allows you to comfortably control the blade.

This long slim blade is perfect for slicing cooked and raw meats with ease. Pro S is a classic style knife with a 3 Rivet handle, full tang, German stainless steel that has been ice hardened and hand sharpened for a long lasting acute edge. This knife stay sharp for a long time with proper care and is easy to sharpen.
