This 8” slicer is a great knife. Perfect for carving chicken and turkey, or large pieces of meat like a roast or ham. Nice addition to the kitchen!

Clean Slices Every Time

I love having a good carving knife. The Pro S has a thin blade with a very sharp edge. It slices through a turkey, ham and roast with ease. It is very comfortable with great weight and balance, essential when carving a whole turkey. Since it's made in Germany from high carbon steel, it's going to stay sharp and last a lifetime.

Easy and clean slicing for meats, melons or squash. A carving knife may not be your most used knife, but every kitchen needs one. Makes slicing on the table or for holidays or entertaining a cinch and you will be so glad you have it! Nice bolster for finger and balance and ice-hardened for sharpness and durability.

A carving knife is a long thin blade perfect for carving roasts such as turkey, ham and beef. This super sharp edge will provide you with perfectly thin slices every time. This knife will stay super sharp use after use and with a forged bolster it will feel sturdy and strong while using the reach of the blade. Don't forget to pull out this beauty for cutting tasks like birthday cake too!

I love this carving knife! It is sharp, well balanced with a three riveted handle, and a bolster that protects my fingers will I carve. This is definitely a carving knife you want in your kitchen. Worth it!

Excellent quality carving knife. Great for roasts, poultry. This knife will always be ready for your next family gathering or holiday party. If I recommend getting with the matching carving fork. You'll have them for a lifetime.
Professional S is terrific line of knives. They feature a traditional straight bolster and a slightly smaller handle. As a result they are a little lighter than the new Pro line. I have owned one of these knives for years (more than 10). It has performed year in and year out, and I cook a lot. I sharpen it maybe twice a year, hand wash it and it looks like I never use it.

A traditional line of German cutlery. The full bolster is preferred by some for its feel of safety and extra weight. Unlike to Pro series, the full bolster can feel like a shield between your hand and the blade edge.
